Your tracker stays on your phone
The period and pill tracker is stored only on your own device. It never reaches our servers. Clear it in the tracker, or clear your browser, and it's simply gone.

Open the chat menu and choose "clear conversation". Your messages on that device disappear instantly.
Clear the tracker
In the tracker, tap reset to erase every entry. Since it only lives on your phone, that's the whole story.
Request full deletion
Want anything stored on our side gone too? Send one request and we'll erase whatever anonymised records relate to your session.
